Many songs have a beggining/end that dont have the same beat as the main part of song (intros/outros)
When the BPM program counts the BPMs it averages (i think) this slow/fast beats in the overall BPM of the song. This makes the BPM count a bit off
For a regular listener that is not a lot of a difference, but for proffesional it is.
When you start mixing the songs, we leave this into/outro and use only the main part (fat part i call it) of the song. and i notice that the BPM is off on this kind of songs
It would be nice to have the option to take out/skip the first xx seconds of the song as well as the last xx second of the song.
Thanks

Hi Hernan,
I have to look more into that. All I know is that if there is no beat in the intro and outro then they are not counted, if you try a voice only file you will see that there is no beat count
Can you give me a few examples of these particular songs you are talking about, or even send me a couple of Mp3s so I can have a try.
Last time we wanted to implement a cancel button, this resulted in re-writing all the coding for the application which was a huge job, to be frank if we are only talking a few songs it might not be worth it, but again it really depends on how this could be implemented, if it is easy enough, there are chances, if it is not easy then there are less chances.
Not that the beta version also has a manual BPM counter you can use for these kind of songs.
